Our Student Financial Services staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. The staff is here to answer questions regarding billing accounts, payments, and NelNet payment plans. We are located in Wilson 204.
Some of the services we provide include:
- Petty cash reimbursements
- Processing payments and recording deposits
- Processing monthly billing statements
- Assisting students and parents with payment arrangements and questions regarding their accounts
- Process student financial aid refunds and book vouchers
